The First Year On Track program is a transition initiative crafted using key data points like 7th grade EOC scores, attendance, and discipline reports. It integrates insights from counselors and administrators to provide comprehensive support for ninth-grade students, helping them stay on track academically and socially during the critical first year of high school, with the ultimate goal of providing wrap-around services to prevent the possibility of dropout. In this session, you will learn how we have developed our system, the results, and our thoughts for the future.
